2- Clary Sage Essential oil 🌿
This is a very powerful oil. If your labour is slowing down, it helps stimulate contractions and releases oxytocin.

This calms you down, eases pain, and helps with sleep. If your baby is fussy and is not calming down and it's making you stressed. Use this oil to help calm both of you.
4- Frankincense essential oil 🌳
If you are trying to set the mood in labour and make it a more relaxed environment. This oil can help do that
5- Rose Geranium essential oil 🌹
This smells beautiful! Rose Geranium helps with regulating hormones and balancing estrogen levels. You can add a few drops in your bath, or use it instead of perfume.
6- Rosemary Essential oil 🌾
Wanting to regrow postpartrum hair loss?This helps with stimulating hair growth, add few drops (2-3%) to carrier oil and massage on scalp.
