This is our "Oh Cramps" mini selfcare gift box perfect for when you are on your period or in early post partrum.

What is in the box?

1x 100% wool socks

1x linen scrunchie

1x "Cramp relief" essential oil blend by Nikura. (Clarysage, Lavender and rose Geranium)

2x womb soothing tea blend by "Healing from within" 

How to use?

-for the essential oil, put few drops in a carrier oil such as olive oil and rub it in your lower abdominal area to help with cramp pains on your periods and contractions in labour and post partrum.

-Keep feet warm with 100% sheep wool socks. Warm feet help with womb healing. Our socks are 100% natural fiber, this means no polyester that interacts with your hormones 

-Add a pack of womb soothing tea to water to relax and heal.

-wear a Scrunchy because it feels good to put your hair up!
